Can I get a hire car or van delivered anywhere in the UK?

Yes. DriveOn delivers hire cars and vans to your door anywhere on the UK mainland, direct from our base in Shrewsbury. There's no branch to visit and no airport desk to queue at. We agree a date, drive or trailer the vehicle to your home or workplace, and hand it over ready to drive.

Most of our customers never come to Shrewsbury. They choose a vehicle, we handle the application and checks remotely, and the keys arrive at their address. Delivery is charged by the mile, so you'll know the cost up front before you commit to anything.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. Wherever you are on the British mainland, from the far south-west to the north of Scotland, we can get a vehicle to you. Our whole model is built around delivery rather than a forecourt, which is why we keep 100+ cars and vans ready to go out on fixed 6 to 24 month terms.

How much does delivery cost?

We measure the distance from our Shrewsbury base and give you the exact figure before you commit. We won't bury it in the small print or spring a vague charge on you at handover. The further you are, the more the mileage adds up, so it's worth asking for a quote against your own postcode.

The deposit is £500, non-refundable, credited in full to your initial payment, collected when you book.

Can you deliver a van to a work site?

Yes. If you run a trade or a small business, we can deliver a van straight to a job site, yard or depot, not just a home address. Give us the site postcode and any access details when you book, and we'll plan the drop around it. See the current vans.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the UK mainland: England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, mid-Wales or the far south-west is fine; the distance from Shrewsbury simply sets the delivery cost. Offshore islands and Northern Ireland sit outside our standard delivery area, so ask us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible for your address.
